Initial Visit

A typical initial visit requires about 45 minutes to complete. Some cases require more or less time depending on severity and complexity. This is often due to the number of body regions injured which deserve comprehensive care.

Intake forms can be quickly completed online. Doing so reduces the duration of your visit and allows the doctor to review your case prior to your initial visit.

Time and care will be dedicated to address each facet of your injury to determine the extent and severity.
Precision documentation will monitor recovery progress.
Initial Treatment is often for ‘acute care’ which is most delicate to focus on facilitating healing and reducing pain.Your treatment will evolve throughout your Care Plan to further aid return to normal function.

When appropriate, referrals to external health care providers will be discussed for inclusion in your treatment plan or as a requirement to determine severity and complexity of injury or provide additional treatment options.

A typical treatment visit is 10-20 minutes.
Treatment visits are structured to address your injury needs and may be longer or shorter based on the appropriate level of care required.

Your Care Plan is a road map to recovery from your injury. It will evolve and change as your progress through stages of healing.

Periodic re-examination of injury will be performed to monitor recovery progress with appropriate validated outcome tools.

A chiropractor uses several treatment modalities to facilitate recovery and return to function.

Resolution

The duration of care usually depends on the severity and complexity of your injury.
You can improve your results by diligent adherence to Care Plan recommendations.
Your attorney may have a better understanding of this timeline, but in my experience case duration on average is between 2-8 months, depending on several factors - of course this is not a guarantee of results. -
In compliance with CA state law a GFE will be developed for each unique case.
There are no upfront out of pocket costs to you upon accepting the Lien Agreement.This document also details alternative payment options and contigencies.
