What to expect…

I didn’t exactly script an award winning Netflix series, but here is a short guide of what you should expect to experience from “season premiere” through “finale”. I think you’ll find it helpful; a refreshing promise to break from the monotony of health care standards.

Before your first visit

There are a few things to ensure future visits and care go smoothly. As you’d expect, this includes:

  • a few intake forms

  • scheduling your first visit

  • a brief account sign up

All thoughtfully structured on a platform that prioritizes the convenience; and I think that should be the standard in health care. Oh and it doesn’t sacrifice on security in any way - in fact, it’s objectively better utilizing AICPA SOC 2 Type 2 Certified systems.

Future Friendly

Account sign-up takes seconds.

This very well may be your first healthcare experience where you don’t have to tediously write your name, address, etc. on every single page. Hooray technology!

App? Of course.

You can find it available for download here.

Scheduling

Simple. Sync able.

+ Wait Lists ?!

Pick your ideal time, even if it’s already booked.

If it opens up, then you have the chance to book it before anyone else.

The first visit

When you arrive look for the digital check in.
Since I don’t double book, you will not have a wait!

Overall, the first visit generally take 30-45 minutes.
Future visits are often 20 minutes or less.

Introduction

  • We review all forms together

  • Assess your aches & pains

Plan

  • Discuss results & goals

  • Introduce select treatment(s)

Follow through

  • self care / homework

  • additional visits, as needed

Each visit will measure key progress indicators to help navigate improvement.

Many issues resolve in 4-6 visits of treatment, or less.

If a specific issue is stubborn or complicated requiring more than 12 visits, then we will re-evaluate to confirm that the course of treatment is still appropriate - even if significant progress has been achieved.

When we’re done with your current issue I know you’ll be happy, healthy(ier), and hopeful that health care haven’t to be hard.

I encourage anyone to acknowledge success in their own way.

Of course, I’d appreciate sharing this with friends, family, or you know… the internet.

Do you need maintenance care?

That is entirely up to you.

I’d be breaking my personal code by attempting to sell you on a weekly visit routine - in spite of the advice of many business coaching programs.
